Five water types from one tap
Ambient still, chilled still, chilled semi-sparkling, chilled sparkling and instant hot at up to 95 degrees Celsius. The hot side covers tea, instant coffee and pour-over preparation with anti-scald logic built in; the cold side runs through a chiller and carbonator hidden below the worktop.
The result is one elegant tap replacing the kettle, the bottled sparkling order and the under-counter fridge of plastic bottles.
The numbers
- Cooling capacity: 85 litres per hour of chilled water, enough to hold peak lunch demand.
- Two boiler options: medium (20 litres per hour, 1.8 litre draw-off) or large (30 litres per hour, 6 litre draw-off).
- Hot water flow: 1.6 litres per minute (medium) or 1.9 (large), at up to 95 degrees.
- Built-in BRITA filtration to 0.5 micron that also conditions against limescale, protecting the boiler and removing the descaling chore.

Building-level tanks and blended supply mean incoming water here varies more than the European mains the unit was designed around.
